01How does the free trial work?
You get every Pro feature free for 14 days. No card is needed to start. At the end of the trial, pick a plan and keep everything you set up — members, plans, invoices and settings stay exactly where they are.
02What counts as an active member?
A member with a membership that covers today (including frozen ones). Expired and past members stay in your records for free and never count towards the cap.
03Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and the new limits apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
04Do you charge per transaction?
No. Gyms Cloud never takes a cut of your sales. If you turn on online renewals, Razorpay charges its own standard fee directly to your Razorpay account.
05Do I pay more for more locations?
Each location is its own Gyms Cloud gym with its own plan, so every branch gets its own members, staff and reports.
06Which currencies and taxes do you support?
Your gym runs in its own currency with its own tax rules: Indian GST (CGST/SGST/IGST), VAT, sales tax, and split taxes like Canada’s GST + PST. We bill our subscription in INR or USD.
07Can I export my data if I leave?
Always. Members, invoices, payments and attendance export to CSV at any time, and we keep your data available for 30 days after cancellation so you can take it with you.
