Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to cancel your Gyms Cloud subscription and when you can get money back. This policy covers what gyms pay Cybex Innovation for Gyms Cloud.

01Free trial

The 14-day free trial costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund. If you do not pick a plan, the trial simply ends.

02How to cancel

You can cancel at any time — no lock-in, no cancellation fee. The gym owner can cancel by emailing info@cybexinnovation.com from the owner’s registered email address, or by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 89277 73048. We confirm every cancellation by email.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data then stays available for export for 30 days.

03Monthly plans

Monthly fees are charged in advance and are not refundable for the month already started, including partly used months. After you cancel, you will not be charged again.

04Yearly plans

  • 14-day cooling-off: if you cancel within 14 days of your first yearly payment, we refund it in full.
  • After 14 days, yearly fees are not refundable for the rest of the term, but you keep access until the term ends and will not be renewed.
  • If you upgrade during a yearly term, we credit the unused value of your current plan against the new one.

05When we always refund

  • You were charged twice for the same period, or charged after a cancellation took effect.
  • We end the service for our convenience (not because of a breach of the Terms) — we refund prepaid fees for the unused period.
  • A serious outage on our side stops you using Gyms Cloud for an extended period: contact us and we will offer a fair credit or refund for the affected time.

06Payments made by gym members

Members pay their gym for memberships and personal training — not Gyms Cloud. Online renewals made through the member app go straight to the gym’s own Razorpay account. If you are a member and want a refund for a membership or PT package, please contact your gym: refunds are decided and issued by the gym under its own policy.

Gyms can record refunds and voids in Gyms Cloud, and issue refunds for online payments from their Razorpay dashboard.

07How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval (your bank may take a little longer to show it). For Indian customers we issue a GST credit note with the refund. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in; we are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or charges your bank applies.
